Procedure For Complaints
We welcome any comments about our service; we depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing. It is our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties as quickly and fairly as possible. If you have reason to complain about our service, please e-mail our customer services team and state that you are making a complaint. Alternatively call us on 01793 335660 and state that you wish to make a complaint.
We will wherever possible respond within 1 working day, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for a resolution. Our aim is to resolve complaints within 5 working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you should contact us again and ask for the issue to be dealt with by the Customer Services Supervisor. They will respond within 24 hours.
