We shall expedite your order as soon as possible, in the unlikely event that your goods are not in stock at the time of order, you will be notified of next stock availability. Out of stock items will normally be replenished within 15 days. You will be notified if the item has become discontinued.
Returns service
If you have to return an item for what ever reason you can do so by using the returns label on your invoice or by phoning our Customer Services on 01793 335660 or send us an email to returns@shape8.com please quote your Invoice number on the invoice sent with your goods we will be pleased to credit your method of payment including postage. On receipt of your order provided they are returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging and condition - unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. Please return goods via Royal Mail. We will Credit your postage on return.
IMPORTANT - obtain a free Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters) so we can complete your refund in the event of your parcel being lost in transit.
